Procurement models
Turnkey agreement

Our solar power plant maintenance and upkeep service keeps your systems running safely and makes sure that output is as expected. We offer a maintenance and monitoring agreement for the entire life cycle of the power plant.
Oomi Solar PPA
With a PPA, the property owner does not have to invest in the purchase of the system. The customer pays for the electricity generated by the solar power plant, paying less than what it would cost to purchase it from the grid.
The PPA power plant is built into Oomi Solar’s balance sheet, and we are responsible for the plant’s operation throughout the agreement period. At the end of the agreement period, the power plant is transferred to the customer’s balance sheet. At that point, the power plant has more than half of its life cycle remaining.
